Veeam is seeking a Customer Success Systems Engineer to collaborate with the Renewals department, providing expertise on Veeam's products and technologies. This role involves informing and influencing end-users, partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will conduct remote meetings, deliver presentations, and provide technical support to customers. - Conduct remote meetings and configuration reviews with customers.
- Run training and onboarding sessions for customers.
- Deliver engaging customer presentations and demonstrations.
- Provide technical expertise on data protection.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Product Management.
- Manage accounts at a technical level to support upsell and cross-selling.
- Deliver technical post-sales support.
Requirements: - Experience in technical presales, post-sales, or technical support.
- Proficiency in both Spanish & English.
- Expertise in data protection technologies.
- Strong experience in storage, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in technologies like VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 10 – 15%.
