Junior Talent Acquisition Partner (Fixed-Term Contact)

Job Description

Veeam is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner for a 1-year fixed-term contract in Prague. The role involves supporting the recruitment of top professionals for Veeam products, with a focus on high-volume hiring and mass interviews. The ideal candidate will have an interest in recruitment, HR, or a related field and be comfortable using new tools and systems.Responsibilities:

• Review and screen large volumes of job applications
• Conduct mass interviews and support candidates
• Maintain open positions in Greenhouse ATS
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers
• Deliver weekly progress reports and conduct market intelligence analysis

Requirements:

• Interest or experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field
• Comfortable using or learning new tools and systems
• Willingness to learn and collaborate
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English
• University degree in HR, Business, or a related field (advantage)
• Passion for continuous learning (advantage)
