Fullstack Manager

Appnovation Technologies is seeking a Fullstack Manager to lead a cross-functional team in São Paulo. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of lean thinking and set high standards for code quality, performance, scalability, and security. This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities. The Fullstack Manager will be responsible for managing and mentoring the team, providing senior leadership, consulting, and support.Role involves:

• Overseeing a cross-functional team of professionals.
• Managing and mentoring team members.
• Providing senior leadership and consulting.
• Creating demos and proof of concepts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, web, and/or mobile.
• 2+ years of leading, managing, and mentoring web and/or mobile interface development teams.
• Strong knowledge of React, Gatsby, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Headless Ecommerce implementation and 3rd Party REST/GRAPHQL APIs.
• Version control with GIT and Agile Development Methodology.
