Kulfi Collective is seeking a Sr. Creative Producer - Content Production to manage content production for their clients. The ideal candidate will be a maker and executor who can elevate creative and strategic storytelling across platforms. They will manage internal and external development and production partners.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the production process from start to finish.
• Providing remarkable client experiences.
• Building and managing a team of Producers.
• Creating and managing project budgets.
• Sourcing and managing variable talent.
• Overseeing the post-production process.
• Managing internal and external teams.
• Ensuring production meets competitive goals and projects the intended brand image.
• Implementing effective workflows for project management.
• Maintaining best practices for production teams.
• Keeping stakeholders informed on the progress of projects.
• Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in an ad agency or content studio as a producer.
• Strong understanding of social media production.
• Experience producing various content formats, including video and photography.
• Knowledge of project breakdowns, budgets, and scheduling.
• Strategic planning skills.
• Skills in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, or other video editing software is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and meet deadlines.
• Impeccable communication skills.
• Experience working closely with creatives.
