Change Management Specialist

Job Description

Arkose Labs is seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead the central change management process and ensure compliance. The Change Management Specialist will be the connection point between technical teams and production environments, maintaining system integrity and ensuring smooth change implementation. This role involves analyzing workflows, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging data for continuous improvement.Role involves:

• Owning the end-to-end change management process.
• Coordinating cross-functional implementation of engineering changes.
• Tracking and reporting on change metrics.
• Developing and maintaining change management documentation.
• Leading change control board meetings.
• Implementing best practices to enhance the change management process.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth change execution.
• Mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering project management with change management expertise.
• Strong understanding of software engineering processes and product development lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of JIRA configuration management.
• Experience with change management tools and methodologies (ITIL, CMMI, etc.).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement in processes.
• Strong organization and prioritization capabilities.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
