Technical Project Manager (Change Management)

Job Description

Arkose Labs is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to lead their central change management process and ensure adherence to compliance requirements. This role acts as the connection between technical teams and production environments, maintaining system integrity while ensuring smooth and safe change implementation.Role involves:

• Owning the end-to-end change management process.
• Coordinating cross-functional implementation of engineering changes.
• Tracking and reporting on change metrics.
• Developing and maintaining change management documentation.
• Leading change control board meetings.
• Implementing best practices to enhance the change management process.
• Collaborating with various teams for smooth change execution.
• Mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering project management with change management expertise.
• Strong understanding of software engineering processes and product development lifecycles.
• Knowledge of JIRA configuration management.
• Experience with change management tools and methodologies (ITIL, CMMI, etc.).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong organization and prioritization capabilities.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
