Cleo is seeking a Lead Product Manager focused on User Engagement and Gamification to drive the company's mission of making finances fun and engaging. The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for initiatives to drive user engagement through gamification mechanics and engaging content across Cleo’s offerings.
This role offers the opportunity to define how Cleo connects emotionally with its users while embedding fun, playfulness, and creativity into every interaction.
Responsibilities:- Drive user engagement through gamification mechanics and creative content.
- Explore opportunities to build gamification mechanics that make financial management feel rewarding and enjoyable.
- Collaborate with content, design, and brand teams to ensure all interactions resonate with Cleo’s unique tone and mission.
- Design engaging content loops and features that drive habit formation, encourage repeat use, and build user loyalty.
- Continuously measure engagement and retention metrics, iterating and improving mechanics to maximise their impact.
Requirements:- Experience in early-stage (0-1) product development, with a focus on building interactive consumer products that incorporate gamification, game mechanics, and habit-forming loops.
- Creative thinking to product development, particularly in how to make interactions fun and engaging while addressing real customer needs.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can prioritise ruthlessly, focusing on impactful outcomes while clearly communicating trade-offs with stakeholders.
- Thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with your product squad to co-create innovative solutions.
