Project Manager, Influencer Marketing

Job Description

Viral Nation is seeking a Project Manager to facilitate the execution of influencer campaigns. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive successful campaign outcomes.Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing agency workflow and defining accountability on a per-project basis.
• Ensuring consistency in project scope, establishing key phases, and setting project timelines.
• Monitoring costs, resources, and scope to ensure projects are on track and budget.
• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement project plans.
• Clarifying and communicating project objectives and success criteria to stakeholders.
• Managing procurements and vendors when needed.
• Providing timely updates and documentation to internal and external teams.
• Facilitating cross-functional team communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in a similar role within the marketing industry.
• Proven experience in project management, with knowledge of influencer marketing.
• Understanding of content strategies and marketing that leverage influencer partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills.
