Senior Product Manager, Track

Job Description

Narvar is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its Track product line. The ideal candidate will have experience in building SaaS products and features and will be responsible for evolving the existing roadmap, identifying new competitive opportunities, and leveraging AI to improve customer ROI.

The Senior Product Manager will work with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a world-class user experience. He/she will use customer research, user feedback, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and enhancements. This role requires collaboration with other product managers to maintain consistency across all Narvar products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the Track product
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build Track’s roadmap
• Specify, prioritize, and communicate product specs
• Identify new product opportunities and enhancements
• Work with clients to gather requirements and iterate on product features
• Collaborate with other product managers to ensure consistency across all Narvar products

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of product management experience in consumer applications
• Background in retail technology, eCommerce, or CRM
• Proven ability to analyze metrics and use data to inform decisions
• Experience managing third-party integrations and driving ecosystem growth
• Keen eye for great design
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
