Job Description
Pharmbills is seeking a Presales Specialist to join their remote team in Ukraine. This role involves supporting U.S.-based clients in the real estate sector by serving as the first point of contact for prospective tenants. The Presales Specialist will guide potential residents through the early leasing stages, gather essential details, and ensure a smooth hand-off to onsite U.S. teams. This is a fixed compensation role, not commission-based.

The role involves:
  • Communicating with prospective residents to gather key details.
  • Creating and updating “Guest Cards” and contact records.
  • Scheduling in-person tours with onsite leasing teams.
  • Answering questions via phone and email.
  • Keeping accurate notes and tracking every conversation.
  • Sharing updates and aligning with the U.S. property management teams.
  • Providing additional support tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • Background in sales, customer service, or call centers (an advantage).
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong people skills—friendly, proactive, and composed under pressure.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and structured approach to multitasking.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office or other CRM/scheduling platforms.
  • Professionalism and the ability to communicate with clarity and confidence.
