Job Description
Elastic is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to the sales team, customers, partners, and community within the Public Sector in Germany. This role involves understanding and solving customer's business issues with the Elastic Stack, engaging the regional Elastic community, and enabling sales through partners. The ideal candidate will be focused on excellence, continuously learning, and questioning the status quo.

Role involves:
  • Serving as the technical point of contact for accounts.
  • Developing a deep understanding of customers’ goals and objectives.
  • Creating and owning value-based relationships.
  • Participating in all phases of planning and execution.
  • Demonstrating the value of Elastic products and solutions.
  • Advising the sales team on effective positioning.
  • Onboarding, educating, and enabling partners.
  • Creating collateral and contributing to programs.
  • Communicating customer needs to engineering and leadership teams.

Requirements:
  • A track record of success in a technical presales role within the Public Sector.
  • A demonstrable ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms.
  • A real passion for being curious and a continuous learner.
  • A history of successful customer relations.
  • An ability to influence.
  • The ability to inspire groups, both large and small.
  • Fluency in German is essential.
  • A willingness to travel 30% within the region.
