Contracts Specialist

Job Description

Ping Identity is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join their team. The Contracts Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the contract management process and providing support to the commercial legal team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including reviewing and negotiating NDAs, contributing to the development of contract templates, and assisting with special projects.Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate NDAs.
• Maintain contract management process and files.
• Support commercial legal team.
• Assist sales team with RFP/I responses.
• Contribute to the development of contract templates.
• Handle special projects such as GDPR compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Law (UK/EU) preferred.
• One year or more relevant experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of contract law and legal principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
