Job Description
Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Contract Negotiator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, redlining, and negotiating license agreements, as well as advising on legal and commercial issues that may arise during deal negotiations. They will also manage current customer contracts, handle cross-functional approval management, and draft, revise, and negotiate various commercial contracts in support of sales and channel teams.Responsibilities include maintaining the contract management process and files, reviewing and managing NDAs, serving as a knowledgeable resource on company policies and procedures, and establishing review processes to mitigate risk during contract performance. The Senior Contract Negotiator will also assist in ad hoc projects and contribute to the development of contract templates and negotiation guidelines.
  • Review, redline and negotiate license agreements
  • Manage current customer contracts
  • Draft, revise and negotiate various commercial contracts
  • Maintain contract management process and files
  • Review, negotiate, and manage NDAs
  • Bachelors in Law (UK/EU) preferred
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in contract management or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
