Ping Identity is seeking a Director of Sales Operations & Strategy - Americas. This role is pivotal in providing strategic insights and operational leadership to the SVP of Sales, Americas. The Director will manage sales support functions, drive sales force productivity, and elevate the overall effectiveness of the Americas sales organization.

Role involves:
  • Coordinating sales forecasting and planning.
  • Leading data-driven sales strategies.
  • Providing performance analysis and reporting.
  • Supporting territory and accounts assignment.
  • Partnering on new market analyses.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years expertise in Sales Operations and/or Field Operations.
  • Proficiency with sales support systems like Salesforce.com, Tableau, and Anaplan.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable presenting to executive management.
