Technical Consultant II

Job Description

Zafin is seeking a Technical Consultant II to join their team in India. This role involves working on client-facing projects to enable SaaS onboarding, acting as a technical expert on Zafin integration paradigms, and collaborating with customers and partners to define the integration landscape. The consultant will also coordinate with the product development team, improve project delivery experience, and support cloud infrastructure.

The Technical Consultant II will work with senior technical leadership on the client-side and present and align them with solution approaches. They will also interact with multiple internal stakeholders to achieve alignment across various project goals and delivery targets.

Responsibilities include:

• Interacting and collaborating with customers and partners to define the integration landscape.
• Defining the logical sequence of integration activities for a SaaS onboarding project.
• Coordinating with the product development team to implement recommended integration strategies.
• Improving overall project delivery experience and go-live time by improving process and documentation.
• Supporting cloud infrastructure and system components required for integration.
• Leading the identification, isolation, resolution, and communication of issues within a client environment.

Requirements:

• Worked on at least one end to end SaaS implementation project.
• 2+ years of application and data integration experience.
• Experience with clustering and high availability configurations.
• Agile experience.
• Designed an end-to-end scalable integration solution.
• Broad exposure to different technology stacks involved in a SaaS delivery model.
• Broad and in-depth knowledge of data integration concepts and tools, network protocol stacks, security postures, API design, Azure, AWS and GCP public cloud platforms, and integration frameworks used by SaaS applications.
• Skilled technical documenter.
• Solution designer at heart.
• Experience in using modeling tools to create effective architecture views.
• Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to break down complex technical and functional requirements.
• Self-starter willing to get involved in all aspects of solution delivery.
• Broad picture minded - one who sees the end-to-end solution of a project.
