Senior Analyst - Controllership, Finance

Job Description

Arcesium is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Controllership, Finance team. • Driving accuracy and completeness in accounting and month-end processes.
• Complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to direct and indirect taxes, corporate laws, SEZ, and STPI.
• Working with stakeholders to maintain robust internal controls.
• Liaising with external advisors/consultants on tax and regulatory requirements.
• Reviewing account payable transaction processing and ensuring timely vendor payments.
• Managing treasury, banking, forward contracts, and cash flow.
• Preparing SOPs, key metrics dashboards, and RCMs.
• Working with auditors for statutory, IFC, tax, internal, and external audits.

Requirements:

• CA certification with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Sound technical knowledge of accounting standards, Ind AS, Companies Act, and direct and indirect taxes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP system is preferred.
