Job Description

The Quality Group is seeking a Manager Außendienststeuerung (gn) to join their Commercial Team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the data-driven control and optimization of the field service, ensuring implementation at the POS. The ideal candidate has experience in field service and the German retail sector and is eager to advance the ESN & More Nutrition brands.

• Acts as the central interface between the field service and the Sales Tech Team.
• Manages the collection and analysis of field service visits in Salesforce.
• Optimizes route planning for the field service.
• Creates and manages dashboards and reports.
• Manages the Image Recognition Software.
• Serves as the primary contact for the field service regarding planning, reporting, and system usage.

• Experience in field service and familiarity with the structures and processes in German retail, ideally in the FMCG sector.
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to derive data-based insights.
• Technological affinity and interest in working with IT systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and service-oriented skills.
• Ability to work independently and structured.
• Fluent in German and English.
