Principal Product Manager at Cleo

Cleo is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive strategy and execution in major product areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for innovative, engaging product experiences at scale. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, analytics, and commercial teams, as well as mentoring other product managers.

Role Involves:

• Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Monitoring fintech trends and consumer developments.
• Solving interconnected challenges and using data-driven decisions.
• Collaborating on customer journeys and user research.
• Prioritizing initiatives with revenue and LTV benefits.
• Delivering growth and engagement improvements using KPIs.
• Fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Coaching product managers.

Requirements:

• 6-8+ years in product management at high-growth consumer-focused tech companies.
• Fintech experience with consumer financial products.
• Success overseeing product strategies across multiple squads.
• Ability to define and drive a compelling product vision.
• Proficiency in using data for strategic decisions.
• Proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams.
• Empathy for customer needs.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
