Manager, Consulting - India

Domo is seeking a Manager, Consulting to lead its India-based team of business and technical consultants. This role focuses on successfully deploying the Domo solution by addressing key customer business requirements. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality delivery, problem-solving, and operational improvements, while also being proficient in the Domo solution to guide the team effectively.

Responsibilities include:

• Optimizing the consulting business to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
• Improving the effectiveness of consulting operations to positively impact renewals and revenue growth.
• Developing and maintaining strategic client relationships.
• Driving efficiency in consulting utilization and margin.
• Building and managing the India-based Domo Consulting team.
• Collaborating with all functional areas for effective knowledge sharing.
• Serving as a subject matter expert on the organization's processes and services.

Requirements:

• Domo experience preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, relationship management, and new business development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Leadership experience with the ability to develop a professional team.
• Strong leadership and partnership skills with sales and other departments.
• Excellent time management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to negotiate with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Technical proficiency in SaaS and data platforms.
• Executive-level customer relationship and communication experience.
• Deep business acumen and financial skills.
