Field Engineer

Job Description

Andesite is seeking a Field Engineer to join its enterprise sales team, focusing on the Government business. The ideal candidate will drive customer adoption by supporting the sales process with technical expertise and communication skills.

Role involves:

• Collaborating with Sales Teams to demonstrate solutions.
• Identifying customer requirements and tailoring solutions.
• Delivering product demonstrations and technical workshops.
• Acting as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Analyzing customer requirements to architect solutions.
• Designing, building, and troubleshooting integrations using APIs and Python.
• Assisting customers in implementing proof-of-value (POV) solutions.
• Leveraging CRM to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Partnering with product management and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of presales engineering experience in Government cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies.
• Proficiency in Python for API integration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Government programs and operations.
