VP, Engineering

Andesite is seeking a VP of Engineering to spearhead their product development initiatives. This role involves leading product engineering across frontend, backend, and production AI capabilities. The VP of Engineering will develop engineering roadmaps and operations plans, and grow a team of software engineers and data scientists, scaling the team from approximately 20 to at least double within 12 months. They will manage development and operations for a fast-growing enterprise product, supporting various deployment environments. This leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and sales, to deliver innovative solutions aligned with the company's strategy. They will also foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
