Job Description

Tide is seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer specializing in Flutter to join their team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing, creating, and running the product catalog within one of Tide's Business areas. This role offers the chance to influence engineering practices in a rapidly growing company and make significant technical decisions affecting multiple teams.

As a Mobile Engineer, the candidate will learn and share knowledge, work on new and existing products, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary agile team to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions. They will also participate in the Flutter Community of Practices to improve processes and maintain high quality.

Responsibilities include:

• Learning and sharing knowledge with engineers.
• Working on new and existing products.
• Collaborating with less experienced engineers.
• Translating requirements into well-engineered solutions.
• Improving processes and maintaining high quality.

Requirements:

• Experience with Flutter as a Senior Software Engineer.
• Minimum 8+ years in developing applications using Flutter.
• Experience with popular Flutter libraries, tools, and its lifecycle.
• Passion for building great products in small, autonomous, agile teams.
• Passion for automation tests and experience writing testable code.
• Experience building sleek, high-performance user interfaces and complex Mobile apps.
