Senior Copywriter, Content Management (12 months employment contract)

Job Description

Tide is seeking a Senior Copywriter to join their Content Management team in Bulgaria. This role involves creating content across various mediums to educate members on using Tide’s products and services, while also safeguarding their businesses from threats like fraud. The Senior Copywriter will analyze customer data to identify pain points and develop content-driven solutions.

Role Involves:

• Creating content across a range of mediums.
• Writing and content designing webpages.
• Scripting and storyboarding video content.
• Analysing customer data to discover customer pain points.
• Ideating and actioning solutions through content.
• Managing different priorities and pivoting focus to key goals.
• Effectively communicating projects to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A strong, proven track-record of producing high quality copy across a range of mediums.
• The ability to create multimedia content.
• Experience using Content Management Systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
