Job Description
Jun Group is seeking a Senior Programmatic Operations Manager to lead programmatic operations for its advertising business and accelerate growth for its premium inventory platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about programmatic advertising, possess an ops mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Role involves:
- Leading programmatic operations for the advertising business.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive programmatic advertising monetization strategy.
- Monitoring key revenue and performance metrics for programmatic ad campaigns.
- Recommending and implementing optimizations to increase revenue and fill rates.
- Supporting SVP Programmatic Strategy in building relationships with demand partners.
- Collaborating with engineering, ad operations, and product teams.
- Becoming an expert in in-house digital ad technologies and associated data tools.
- Providing regular data-driven insights into yield performance and inventory consumption rates.
- Establishing processes & best practices for onboarding new deal IDs, ad partners, tools & products.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in programmatic advertising.
- Deep understanding of programmatic technologies (SSPs, DSPs, OpenRTB, PreBid, PMPs, PGs, Deal IDs).
- Self-driven with the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
