Verkada is seeking a Sales Strategy and Operations Associate to join their Strategic Planning team. This role is pivotal in driving insights and strategies that fuel the Sales team's success. The ideal candidate will engage in high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and scalable growth. Role Involves:
  • Conducting strategic analysis to set plans and targets.
  • Building and managing headcount models and sales forecasts.
  • Leading daily communications with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyzing quota performance and sales data.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in private equity, banking, consulting, corporate strategy, or a startup.
  • Strong academic background from a leading university.
  • Proactive and self-starting attitude.
  • Advanced modeling skills (Excel proficiency required; SQL / Tableau / Looker a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Process-oriented thinking.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
  • Adaptability and drive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
