Cleo is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Payments Intelligence to optimize payment systems, reduce arrears, and minimize churn, the role is based in company London office. This role involves strategic leadership, problem resolution, commercial insight, regulatory navigation, cross-functional collaboration, and user advocacy.

What the role involves:
  • Directing end-to-end repayments strategy.
  • Developing intelligent retry logic and recovery workflows.
  • Conducting detailed analyses of payment success rates and processing fees.
  • Ensuring compliance with US payment regulations.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to scale payment systems.
  • Creating transparent payment processes to enhance customer trust.


Requirements:
  • Experience collaborating with ML teams to optimize decision engines.
  • Background in consumer-focused product companies, fintech, or subscription models.
  • Experience launching complex payment systems and experimentation plans.
  • Familiarity with success rate metrics, COGS, and LTV.
  • Knowledge of APIs, retry logic, and US payment regulations.
  • Understanding of US payment mechanisms.
