This role involves leading a design team to create user-focused designs and overseeing the entire product lifecycle. • Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy.
• Lead the design team in creating user-centered designs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure designs are user-centric and aligned with the brand.
• Lead the development of wireframes and prototypes.
• Champion user research and data-driven insights.
• Oversee user testing and usability studies.
• Present design concepts to senior leadership.
• Communicate design principles and best practices.
• Establish and enforce design standards.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in product design.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles.
• Experience with user research and data-driven design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of the intersection between design, technology, and business.
