Cultivation Agent - Indoor Flower

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent for their facility in Lincoln, IL. This role involves on-site cultivation for medical cannabis gardens, ensuring plant production and health, and maintaining quality control. The Cultivation Agent will work under the direction of the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and care for plants, maintain cleanliness, and ensure efficient production.

Responsibilities:

• Pruning, topping, and trimming plants according to Cresco Labs policy.
• Moving plants between cultivation areas.
• Transplanting plants.
• Maintaining cleanliness of cultivation equipment and tools.
• Assisting with tracking plants and ensuring accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption, or equivalent.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in varying indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
