Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Expansions)

Job Description

CommerceIQ is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join its Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities within the existing customer base, employing proven sales processes, and driving up-sell/cross-sell to meet revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of CommerceIQ's product solutions and the ability to help industry leaders grow online sales through insights and automation.

• Develop relationships and win new business within existing Enterprise Accounts
• Partner with customer success managers to deliver a proven sales process
• Evangelize the platform and drive up-sells and cross-sells
• Connect with and sell to multiple levels within an organization
• Coordinate and drive successful product pilots
• Expand CommerceIQ's footprint to different business units
• Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
• Sell on value and ROI versus technical functionality
• Own the client relationship throughout the sales process
• Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to the platform solution
• Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders
• Focus on moving the needle with respect to the client’s KPIs
• Attend industry events and foster relationships

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Sales experience selling SaaS + services to Enterprise businesses
• Deep understanding of e-commerce businesses, specifically large Enterprise CPGs
• Proven success in managing relationships within large enterprise organizations
• Track record and expertise in selling in the Amazon or e-commerce ecosystem
• Record of selling 250K+ deals through strong Business Case and/or Challenger Selling methods
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up sales environment
• Experience developing proposals, business cases, and other content
• Ability to learn complex business concepts quickly
• Exceptional written and oral communications skills
• Self-driven, motivated, and result-oriented
• Experience selling into Head of E-commerce or Marketing Leaders is preferred
