Job Description
MiQ is seeking a Hub Operations Manager to lead the partnership between commercial and analysis functions across the JAPAC region. The Hub Operations Manager will manage a team and collaborate with various markets and departments. This role reports to the Chief Operations Officer.Responsibilities include:
  • Managing and mentoring hub team members.
  • Ensuring alignment on goals with local market and functional leadership.
  • Overseeing daily operations, including resource allocation and quality assurance.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Creating and validating hub reporting.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of managing delivery teams in programmatic or digital.
  • Previous management experience, managing at least 10 people.
  • Good knowledge of the programmatic landscape and industry ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural nuance across JAPAC markets.
  • Proactive with an immediate and direct bias for action.
