Job Description
MiQ is seeking a Hub Operations Manager to lead the partnership between commercial and analysis functions across the JAPAC region. The Hub Operations Manager will manage a team and collaborate with various markets and departments. This role reports to the Chief Operations Officer.Responsibilities include:
- Managing and mentoring hub team members.
- Ensuring alignment on goals with local market and functional leadership.
- Overseeing daily operations, including resource allocation and quality assurance.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Creating and validating hub reporting.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of managing delivery teams in programmatic or digital.
- Previous management experience, managing at least 10 people.
- Good knowledge of the programmatic landscape and industry ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills and cultural nuance across JAPAC markets.
- Proactive with an immediate and direct bias for action.
