Job Description
Arizona Liver Health is seeking a PRN PET/CT Technologist to join their team. Arizona Liver Health is dedicated to driving high standards of care and advancing medical innovation. The technologist will perform procedures, educate patients, and ensure quality images for interpretation. They will also maintain equipment, manage supplies, and adhere to safety policies. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Role Involves:
- Performing PET/CT procedures according to provider orders.
- Educating patients and families about procedures.
- Producing high-quality images for interpretation.
- Maintaining accurate documentation.
- Performing equipment quality control measurements.
- Maintaining a safe environment.
- Managing inventory of supplies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in PET CT preferred
- Service-oriented approach, flexible and proactive
- Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly
- Ability to work in strict compliance with procedures and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
- Ability to excel in a team environment
- Superior attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine or NMTCB in Nuclear Medicine
- BLS American Heart Association (AHA)
Role Offers:
- Competitive compensation: $50 - $55 per hour
- PRN schedule
