Job Description
Workato is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for Workato’s Embedded Platform. This role is crucial for driving growth by owning cross-functional go-to-market activities, shaping the company's narrative, and enabling teams to succeed. The Product Marketing Manager will define and execute marketing initiatives to establish Workato as a leader in embedded integration, collaborating with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to influence the roadmap and revenue.

Responsibilities include:
  • Creating product positioning and messaging.
  • Developing go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Creating and scaling sales enablement materials.
  • Partnering with product management to influence the product roadmap.
  • Collaborating with demand generation and content teams.
  • Conducting market, customer, and competitive research.
  • Developing compelling content across formats.
  • Serving as a key contributor and voice in the market.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
  • Proven experience creating successful content.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and customer journey.
  • Experience with cloud, microservices, integration, automation, low-code/no-code applications, and/or APIs preferred.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies from the ground up.
  • Excellent communicator who can manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a “big picture” vision.
  • Data-obsessed and analytical.
  • Adaptable and a self-starter.
  • Customer-focused storyteller.
