Workato is seeking an Account Executive to join their Agentic AI team in Amsterdam. This role focuses on cross-selling the Agentic Platform to existing customers and acquiring new logos in the EMEA market. The Agentic Platform aims to help companies achieve rapid returns from AI and Agents.Responsibilities:
  • Understand the Workato Agentic Platform and its value proposition.
  • Identify and address customer needs.
  • Engage in challenging conversations and build trust.
  • Contribute to business growth and company development.
  • Work as part of a distributed team with 10-20% travel.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of closing experience.
  • Experience with GenAI and Agents.
  • Experience with intricate solutions and lengthy sales cycles.
  • Proven record of performance and problem-solving.
  • Curious learner, innovative builder, accountable competitor, strategic challenger, and creative maverick.
