Job Description
Goodnotes is seeking an Engineering Manager, iOS to lead distributed teams across Europe and Asia. This role involves leading multiple teams that own the core handwriting and note-taking features of the flagship iOS application, Goodnotes 6, which serves over 25 million monthly active users.
Role Involves:
- Ensuring teams deliver high-quality products with impactful outcomes.
- Contributing to roadmap and strategy, making technical decisions.
- Mentoring and guiding the professional and technical development of team members.
- Scaling and managing engineering teams, potentially extending to other mobile platforms.
Requirements:
- Experience working on world-class B2C products used by millions.
- In-depth knowledge of iOS with extensive development and management experience.
- Proven track record of managing and leading a sizable mobile engineering team.
- Passion for technical details, architecture review, and providing technical guidance.
- Experience in real-time collaborative productivity products (a plus).
- Experience in other mobile platforms or technologies like BE or ML (a plus).
- Passionate about productivity and emerging technologies (a plus).
