Job Description
Apollo.io is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Sourcer to join its Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. This role is crucial for scaling Apollo.io’s Sales, Revenue, and Success organizations by identifying and engaging top-tier sales talent. The Sales Sourcer will focus on creating top-of-funnel activity to drive recruiter screens, primarily for quota-carrying sales roles.Responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and engaging passive and active candidates for quota-carrying sales roles.
  • Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines to meet weekly funnel goals.
  • Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to align on search strategies.
  • Writing compelling outreach campaigns and maintaining proactive communication with prospects.
  • Monitoring and reporting on market trends and competitor insights.
  • Tracking outreach, pipeline stages, and candidate information in Greenhouse.
Requirements include:
  • 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in high-growth SaaS or tech companies.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing quota-carrying sales talent at scale.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo.io, and Greenhouse.
  • Comfort working toward aggressive weekly targets for recruiter screens and top-of-funnel pipeline metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and sourcing projects.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
