Apollo.io is seeking a Talent Operations Partner to enhance its recruiting efforts through optimized systems, processes, events, and candidate experiences. The Talent Operations Partner will play a crucial role in managing the recruiting tech stack, leading sourcing campaigns, supporting recruiter enablement, and driving process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to chaos, automating workflows, and is proficient with spreadsheets.Responsibilities include:
- Owning and managing recruiting systems such as Greenhouse, Clay, Apollo, and Gem.
- Implementing AI-driven features to optimize workflows and improve recruiter productivity.
- Creating and maintaining recruiting dashboards and tracking key performance metrics.
- Planning and executing major hiring events.
- Designing and running personalized sourcing campaigns.
- Building recruiter onboarding and training resources.
- Leading candidate and hiring manager experience measurement strategy.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting operations, systems administration, or talent programs.
- Comfortable owning recruiting systems and workflows, with working knowledge of ATS and sourcing tools.
- Experience using AI features within recruiting tools.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
