This role is crucial for driving client success and ensuring campaign excellence across brand partnerships. The Affiliate Account Manager acts as the primary contact between brands and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, strategic execution, and high-touch support to exceed client expectations. This role involves managing tracking, reporting, paid placements, and performance optimization, directly contributing to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
What this role involves: - Collaborating with clients and internal sales teams to develop and refine campaign strategies.
- Overseeing affiliate onboarding execution, including updating commissions and managing tracking links.
- Managing affiliate email inbox and routing inquiries for fast resolution.
- Preparing and delivering performance reports for clients and internal teams.
- Staying updated on influencer marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in account management, ideally within the affiliate or influencer marketing space.
- Previous experience working with leading affiliate agencies or networks such as CJ, Rakuten, and Impact is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive affiliate success through strategic planning and proactive client management.
- Proficient with affiliate marketing platforms, campaign tracking tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities effectively.
