Later is seeking an Affiliate Account Manager to drive client success and campaign excellence. This role acts as the primary liaison between brands and internal teams, ensuring seamless onboarding, strategic execution, and high-touch support.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients and internal sales teams to develop and refine campaign strategies.
- Oversee affiliate onboarding execution, including updating commissions and managing tracking links.
- Manage affiliate email inbox and route inquiries for fast resolution.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal teams, brands, networks, and agencies.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and data teams to align on campaign goals.
- Stay up to date on influencer marketing trends and affiliate marketing best practices.
Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in account management, ideally within the affiliate or influencer marketing space.
- Previous experience working with leading affiliate agencies or networks such as CJ, Rakuten, and Impact is highly preferred.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficient with affiliate marketing platforms, campaign tracking tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
