Job Description
Remote is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Development - AMER to lead and develop Account Development Representative (ADR) teams in the Americas. This role involves defining outbound strategy, coaching SDRs and leaders, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. The Senior Manager will drive pipeline generation and revenue goals for Remote's product suite, working with an internationally distributed team.

Role involves:
  • Defining outbound strategy for the Sales Development organization.
  • Providing leadership and strategic direction to the Sales Development team.
  • Coaching and mentoring SDRs and more junior Leaders.
  • Developing and implementing effective programs to enhance SDR effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with regional Sales Leaders and the Sales Development Leadership team.
  • Working closely with the Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams.
  • Reporting on key individual and team metrics.
  • Managing the performance of direct reports.
  • Hiring, onboarding, and developing new SDR and Leadership talent.
  • Facilitating and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.

Requirements:
  • Several years of second-line leadership experience in prospecting in the AMER region.
  • Demonstrable track record of success driving pipeline generation through outbound channels.
  • Strong sales acumen, with experience in a closing role preferred.
  • Proficiency with a tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, or similar products.
  • Passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring top SDR and Leadership talent.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into effective strategies.
  • Fluent English.
