Job Description
Remote is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Development - AMER to lead and develop Account Development Representatives. This role involves defining outbound strategy, coaching team members, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.   • Defining outbound strategy for the Sales Development organization.
  • Providing leadership and strategic direction to the Sales Development team.
  • Coaching and mentoring SDRs and junior Leaders.
  • Developing and implementing programs to enhance SDR effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with Sales Leaders and the Sales Development Leadership team.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams.
  • Reporting on key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Managing the performance of direct reports.
  • Hiring, onboarding, and developing new SDR and Leadership talent.
  • Fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • Several years of second-line leadership experience in prospecting in the AMER region.
  • Demonstrable track record of success driving pipeline generation through outbound channels.
  • Strong sales acumen, with experience in a closing role preferred.
  • Proficiency with a tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator.
  • Passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring top SDR and Leadership talent.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into effective strategies.
  • Fluent English.
