Supervisor (Workshop + Ground Operations)

Job Description

Neuron Mobility is seeking a Supervisor for Workshop and Ground Operations in Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia. This role involves hands-on leadership of the Ground Operations team, monitoring Drivers and Warehouse Technicians. The Supervisor will report to the Operations Associate and may contribute to local and non-local launch initiatives. The ideal candidate will work four weekdays and one weekend day, starting between 8am and 9am.

• Service and repair e-scooters
• Develop and execute Neuron's Warehouse Management strategy
• Responsible for Operations and Workshop KPIs
• Train new Warehouse Technicians and Operations team members
• Conduct stocktakes
• Oversee Operations team performance
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
• Perform basic administrative tasks
• Represent Neuron as a positive brand ambassador

• A valid Open Class Driver Licence
• A suitable personal smart phone
• Prior mechanical experience with e-scooters
• Prior experience in warehouse operations & stock planning (advantageous)
• A hands-on approach to leadership
• Self-starter with a positive attitude
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multi-task
