Role involves: - Partnering with Commercial Sales teams, including Account Executives, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
- Developing account knowledge and relationship maps through direct engagement and insight tools.
- Setting qualified prospect meetings with Sales Executives.
- Strategically prospecting key account targets and contacts.
- Holding thoughtful conversations over the phone and email.
- Serving as a subject matter expert on Smartsheet products and services.
- Generating appointments by identifying suitable companies and contacts.
- Managing multiple outbound sequence campaigns.
- Recording all activity in Salesforce.com.
- Monitoring the social web for opportunities and participating in social marketing initiatives.
- Leveraging sales techniques to maximize prospect interactions.
- Maintaining a high level of activity to qualify and create sales pipelines.
