Program Manager - AI

Job Description

Turing is seeking a Program Manager - AI to join its internal AI Prototyping team. This team focuses on translating business needs into AI-powered proof-of-concepts and prototypes. The Program Manager will be the operational backbone of the team, ensuring seamless execution across various projects. They will also provide strategic support to Product Managers and technologists by conducting research to inform prototyping decisions.Role involves:

• Maintaining the prototyping backlog and roadmap.
• Coordinating resourcing and workload across teams.
• Facilitating team standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Creating and managing workflows for prototype work.
• Tracking milestones and communicating updates.
• Supporting the LaunchPad program.
• Partnering with R&D operations for budget tracking and tooling access.
• Tracking and reporting on key metrics.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Investigating existing products and solutions.
• Identifying relevant market trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborating with Product Managers to shape solution hypotheses.
• Maintaining a knowledge base of external tools and case studies.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in program/project management.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Experience conducting competitive research and trend analysis.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
