Job Description
Diligent, the AI leader in governance, risk, and compliance SaaS solutions, is seeking a technically-skilled and entrepreneurial Product Management Intern to join their team for the summer. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with product teams, shaping the future of Diligent's products through hands-on product development. The intern will drive innovation, analyze user requirements, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to build impactful features. Responsibilities include:
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to define, build, and launch new product features.
  • Analyze market data and user feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Create product specifications and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop metrics and tracking to measure product success and inform future iterations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities.
  • Present product ideas, findings, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Strong programming skills with experience in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Demonstrated interest in product development through coursework, side projects, or previous internships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience with user-centered design principles (preferred).
  • Prior experience with agile development methodologies (preferred).
