Job Description
Anaplan is seeking a Sr. Manager, Offerings, Methodology, and Enablement to drive the successful delivery of new product features. This role involves creating Professional Services offerings, developing methodology, and ensuring enablement and delivery success. The Sr. Manager will play a crucial role in facilitating training and support for new product features and offerings related to Professional Services.
Role involves:
- Collaborating with the Global Director of Delivery Strategy and Operations and Professional Services (PS) Business Development function to drive the creation, execution, marketing, enablement, and measurement of new offerings.
- Facilitating PS enablement on upcoming product features by closely coordinating with the Product launch team.
- Ensuring early product training is delivered and draft offerings for Early Access customers.
- Continuously iterating and refining offerings for General Availability (GA) launches and track overall PS team training progress.
- Facilitating staffing efforts to ensure the field is adequately supported with respect to new product features.
- Working cross-functionally to ensure that the right expertise and resources are available to enable the team.
- Facilitating partner enablement through co-delivery initiatives with Anaplan Professional Services.
- Ensuring partners are well-equipped to deliver offerings and new product features effectively.
- Maintaining and continuously improving our implementation methodology, The Anaplan Way, incorporating updates related to Applications.
- Ensuring that both the Professional Services team and partners are well-versed and enabled in this methodology.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product enablement, offering creation, or a similar role within a technology or professional services environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Professional Services, Sales, and Product.
- Excellent communication and training skills to facilitate learning and ensure knowledge transfer.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and working with product feature releases is a plus.
- Ability to manage and improve implementation methodologies and partner relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to adapt to an evolving technology landscape and customer needs.
