Technical Lead - Platform Enablement

Flipdish is seeking a Technical Lead to join their Platform Enablement Team in Dublin, Ireland. This role focuses on shaping the future of developer experience within the company, empowering product teams to build with confidence. The Technical Lead will collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Leads, design solutions to improve developer experience, and lead architectural decisions. They will also contribute to the codebase, mentor engineers, and champion automation.

Role involves:

• Collaborating with Product Managers and Tech Leads.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a technical leadership role.
• 8+ years of development experience (TypeScript and C#).
• Experience working across the full stack.
• Solid experience in AWS.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
