Carta is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join their Sales Operations team. This role will focus on designing, enforcing, and improving sales processes, as well as working on large cross-functional initiatives. The Sales Operations team supports 4 revenue lines and over 200 representatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach. Role involves:
Serving as a business architect and project manager for requests to change or create new Sales processes.
Leading projects from start to finish, ensuring successful completion.
Gathering business requirements, designing processes, and working with system admins to build these processes in tools.
Providing clear, concise documentation to train sales on any changes.
Creating and using reporting as a tool to drive efficiencies and make informed decisions.
Owning the operational pieces of new product rollouts.
Partnering with Sales Strategy on strategic initiatives.
Designing, documenting, and enforcing ROEs.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations.
Prior experience at a SaaS company.
Understanding of sales cycle and processes.
Strategic, structured thinker with strong analytical skills.
Results-driven self-starter with a get-it-done approach.
Experience driving cross-functional projects end-to-end and managing stakeholders at all levels.
Clear and concise communication skills, verbal and written.
Foundational Excel skills and proficiency with a logic language (SQL, Python, Excel).
