Job Description
Roofstock is seeking a data-driven Senior Compensation Analyst to join their Talent & Culture Team. In this role, the individual will help shape and sustain Roofstock's compensation philosophy, supporting growth, promoting internal equity, and maintaining market competitiveness. The Senior Compensation Analyst will collaborate with various teams to design programs that attract and retain top talent, build scalable processes, and establish best practices across the organization.

Role involves:
  • Analyzing and benchmarking compensation data.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of salary structures and incentive plans.
  • Partnering with T&C Strategic Initiatives for the annual compensation review cycle.
  • Assisting with the development of compensation policies and guidelines.
  • Maintaining compensation-related systems and tools.
  • Preparing reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
  • Administering and managing equity via Carta.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience as an analyst dealing directly with compensation and equity.
  • Experience with tools like Radford, Pave, Carta.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g. BambooHR, Workday, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A self-starter with a “builder” mindset.
