Senior Demand Generation Manager

Job Description

Adyen is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive impactful acquisition strategies for one of its business lines within the North America market. This role is based in San Francisco and reports to a Marketing Team Lead. Adyen is a financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products for companies like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft.This Senior Demand Generation Manager will own the strategic vision for demand generation and account-based marketing, including planning, building, and optimizing targeted marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels. They will collaborate with Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that generate results through the funnel.What this role involves:

• Proposing and implementing strategies that drive sales accepted opportunities.
• Planning, setting up, and optimizing demand generation programs for North America.
• Contributing to the North America annual marketing plan.
• Maintaining a pulse on latest marketing trends and the actions of competitors.
• Collaborating with Sales and SDRs to identify and segment target account lists.
• Creating compelling content for digital campaigns, web and landing pages.
• Working closely with the commercial engine to align efforts.
• Incorporating key technology partners, payment partners, & alliance partners into the overall marketing strategy.
• Managing end-to-end creation and execution of acquisition-focused webinars and content.
• Utilizing analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and propose optimizations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in a demand generation or account based marketing role.
• B2B, account-based marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing to niche industries.
• Expertise in email marketing, ABM tools, Salesforce, and Marketo.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 15%+.
