Job Description
Garner Health is seeking an analytical Pricing Associate to join their Finance team and support pricing strategies. This is a fully remote position where the individual will report to the Pricing Director. Garner Health has experienced rapid growth and is looking for exceptional talent to shape its culture.
What this role involves:
- Improving Garner’s pricing models using projected and actual healthcare costs.
- Providing account-specific pricing guidance and quotes for new clients and renewals.
- Building and monitoring mechanisms to understand performance of the book of business.
- Conducting analysis to identify the financial impact of pricing decisions.
- Assisting in building processes and policies to support financial planning and pricing decisions.
- Maintaining pricing models and identifying opportunities for efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years of professional experience in an analytical function.
- Understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Ability to work with large sets of data.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Experience in financial modeling and profitability desirable.
- Strong quantitative skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
